What we rent

Five units. Pick the one that fits the job.

Every rental includes delivery, placement, paper, sanitizer and pickup. The difference between them is what happens inside.

Phone to pickup

How an Atlanta booking runs

1. Ring with the address

Call, give the street address and which side of the Perimeter it sits on, and hear a flat number before you hang up.

2. Timed around traffic

The drop is scheduled to miss the worst of I-285 and the Connector, and the unit is placed level where the service truck can reach it.

3. Pumped, then pulled

Servicing lands on the agreed day each week, and the units come off the site on your pickup date, with no paperwork to sign.

Why people call back

The part that usually goes wrong, doesn't.

01

A number, not a form

You call, you describe the site, you hear the price before you hang up. There is no quote request sitting in a line overnight and no sales sequence chasing you afterwards.

02

Drivers who know the Perimeter

A drop in Buckhead at 8am and one in Stockbridge at 11 are two different traffic problems. Routes get planned around I-285 and the Connector, not around a map pin.

03

Servicing on a schedule you set

Weekly is standard. Twice a week is common on a busy job site or through an Atlanta August. The pump-out day is agreed up front and it does not drift.

Inside and outside I-285

Renting in Atlanta? Plan around these four things

August means twice-weekly

Highs near 90 with heavy humidity speed up odor and fill rates. Busy job sites and multi-day events in July and August usually move from weekly to twice-weekly pump-outs.

Red clay after a storm

Afternoon thunderstorms turn Georgia clay to slick mud. Set units on gravel, a slab edge or a driveway so the service truck can still reach them the morning after a downpour.

Race day and Dragon Con

The Peachtree Road Race on July 4 and Dragon Con over Labor Day weekend tie up Midtown and downtown streets. Book early and expect deliveries the day before road closures start.

Streets and HOA rules

A unit on a city sidewalk or street needs a right-of-way permit, so check with the city first. Suburban subdivisions often require HOA approval for anything visible from the road.

How it works

Three things settle it.

STEP ONE

Tell us the ground

Gravel pad, sloped yard, a parking deck, behind a locked gate at a school. Where the unit lands decides which truck comes and whether we need a longer hose run.

STEP TWO

Lock the dates

Delivery day, pickup day, and the servicing rhythm in between. Long-term job sites get a standing slot; a one-weekend event gets a drop Friday and a pull Monday.

STEP THREE

We handle the rest

Placement, paper, sanitizer, pump-outs and the pickup. If something needs moving mid-job because the build moved, that is a phone call, not a change order.

Where we deliver

Common questions

Straight answers before you call

What is the turnaround from call to delivery inside the Perimeter?

Most of the metro inside I-285 can be covered within a day or two of the call, and same-week is normal everywhere from Acworth down to Stockbridge. Tell us the date you actually need it standing and we will tell you on the phone whether that date works.

How do I work out the right number of units?

The rough rule is one unit per 50 people for a four-hour window, then more as the hours and the drinking go up. A job site works differently: one unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week. Our sizing tool does the arithmetic, and the number gets sanity-checked on the call.

Do you deliver outside the Perimeter?

Yes. A large share of the work is OTP - Marietta, Kennesaw, Alpharetta, Lawrenceville, Douglasville, Jonesboro. There is no separate zone list to decode; give us the address and you get a flat number that already includes getting there.

What happens if it rains for a week?

Atlanta summers do this. Units are staked or weighted where the ground is soft, and a red-clay slope gets a plywood pad if one is needed. If a truck cannot reach the spot after a storm, we call you rather than leaving a unit somewhere it will sink.

Is a hand-wash station required, or just nice to have?

If food is being served or prepared, plan on hand-wash. Health inspectors will look for it, and a two-basin station beside the unit bank handles a surprising number of people. It is inexpensive next to the risk of failing a walk-through.

Do I need an ADA unit?

Any event open to the public should have at least one, and most permits assume it. The accessible unit has a wide ground-level entry and a turning circle inside, so it also gets used by anyone with a stroller or a knee that does not bend well.
