DeKalb County
Serving Lakeside, DeKalb County
There are two kinds of restroom call from Lakeside. One is a job site that needs units for months; the other is an event that needs them for a weekend. Established DeKalb residential around Northlake, with school events, park use and a lot of renovation work. Both get the same treatment - a flat quote, a firm date, and a placement walked through before the truck loads. Mature tree cover and sloped back yards - the flattest spot is usually the driveway, not behind the house.
We are on this side of the metro regularly, with Tucker and North Druid Hills on the same run. If your job in Lakeside sits on soft or sloped ground, say so at the booking and the driver arrives with blocking rather than improvising on the day.
Delivery, placement, pickup
What happens when the truck arrives
On long jobs the first delivery sets the pattern - placement, service day, and who the driver calls if something is blocked. After that it runs itself.
Where the route in is tight, we send the smaller truck. It is worth mentioning narrow lanes at the booking rather than discovering them at the corner.
Tell us the access route as well as the address and the whole thing gets easier.

How we work in Lakeside
Placement walked through first
Before anything is loaded we talk about where the unit actually stands - the ground, the slope, the gate, the swing of the door. It takes two minutes and it prevents most problems.
A service day that stays put
The pump-out day is agreed at the booking and kept. If it has to move, you hear it from us rather than finding out from a full tank.
Units that arrive stocked
Paper, sanitizer and a fresh deodorizer charge are in the unit when it lands, not on a follow-up visit.

Local questions
Local questions about Lakeside
How quickly can you deliver to Lakeside?
It is a short route from our normal runs, so lead times here are the same as anywhere in the metro. Book the date and it holds.
How many units will I need in Lakeside?
It comes down to headcount and hours, then adjusts for alcohol, food and public access. The sizing tool gives you a number to check against.
Where should the units go on my Lakeside site?
On hard surface wherever there is a choice - a driveway apron, a gravel pad, a parking edge. Soft turf is the last resort.
Do you service the units while they are on site in Lakeside?
Every visit includes a pump-out, a fresh charge, paper restock and a wipe-down. It takes a few minutes per unit.
Can you deliver to a church or temple campus?
Often. Those campuses have very different weekday and weekend traffic, so the service day is normally set for a Tuesday or Wednesday when the site is quiet.
Is the PATH or greenway network an obstacle?
Only for placement. We need a route the service truck can use without driving on the trail itself, which usually means a parking lot edge rather than a trailside spot.
What is specific about Lakeside?
Established DeKalb residential around Northlake, with school events, park use and a lot of renovation work. In practice the thing that shapes a delivery here is access: mature tree cover and sloped back yards - the flattest spot is usually the driveway, not behind the house. If your site is near the Northlake area or Henderson Park, say so on the call - it usually tells us which truck to send.
