Privacy Policy

This site has no contact form, no newsletter, no account and no email address. What follows is an honest account of what that means.

1. The short version

This website does not collect your personal information. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no account, no shopping cart and no email address to write to. The only way to reach Atlanta Porta Potty through this site is to call the phone number, and a phone call is not something this website records.

2. What the site itself does

The pages here are static files. When your browser loads one, the hosting provider's server writes an ordinary access log entry - the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. That log exists so the host can keep the site running and investigate abuse. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not sold to anybody.

Fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which means that service sees the request for the font file. Map panels on some pages are embedded from a third-party mapping service, which sees the request for the map. Neither of those is something we control beyond choosing to include them, and both have their own privacy terms.

3. Cookies

We do not set cookies for advertising, analytics or personalisation. Any storage your browser performs is its own caching behavior. If that changes - for example if we later add a measurement tool - this page will be updated to say so plainly before it happens.

4. What happens when you call

A phone call is a different matter from a website visit. To quote and deliver a rental we need the things you would expect: a name, a callback number, the site address, the dates, and whatever detail about access and ground conditions the job requires. Some calls also involve billing details, which are handled through our payment processing and are not stored on this website in any form.

That information is used to quote the job, deliver it, service it and invoice it. It is shared only with the people who have to have it - drivers, service crews and the payment processor - and it is not sold, rented or traded to anybody for any purpose.

5. How long we keep it

Job records are kept for as long as the business and tax reasons for keeping them apply, and then they go. Server access logs roll over on the host's ordinary schedule.

6. Children

This is a service for people renting equipment. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 13.

7. California residents (CCPA and CPRA)

If you live in California, state law gives you the right to know what personal information a business has collected about you, to request that it be deleted, to request that it be corrected, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so the opt-out has nothing to act on - but the rights to know, to delete and to correct all apply, and you can exercise any of them by calling the number on this site. Making a request will never change how we serve you.

8. Other states

Several other states now have comparable privacy statutes. Where one of them applies to you, we will honor equivalent requests through the same route: call and ask.

9. Security

No website is perfectly secure, and this one deliberately reduces the problem by not collecting anything. The information you give on a call is handled with reasonable commercial safeguards.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the law of the State of Georgia.

11. Changes, and how to reach us

If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page. There is no mailing list to notify because we do not run one. Any question about it - including a request under any of the rights above - goes to the same place everything else does: (678) 750-4144.
